Pickled Beet Eggs
Ingredients
3 large beets
6 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Bring eggs to boil, in water. Boil 20 minutes. Run under cold water and peel.
- Boil beets in water for 20 minutes. Run beets under cold water and peel.
- In beet red water, mix in the sugar, vinegar, and cinnamon. Cook on high heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Put everything in big mason jar and let soak overnight
